Challenge: Empowering small-to-medium retail and F&B businesses with a comprehensive, easy-to-use digital tool that integrates POS, payment, and loyalty management without the complexity of traditional enterprise software. Solution: Designed and launched the "Jaidee Mini Program," an all-in-one platform that simplifies merchant operations and boosts customer retention through an intuitive digital interface.
