— Challenge: Traditional self-storage booking relies heavily on physical site visits or complex manual inquiries, causing high friction and low conversion rates from online users who are unsure about their spatial needs.
— Solution: Designed a seamless, digital-first booking platform that features an intuitive space calculator and a transparent user journey, converting complex storage logistics into a simple and trustworthy self-service process.
